Rose Garden, Beatrice-SA

The Beatrice David Austin® garden rose is a beautiful rich yellow with creamy outer petals. They have a strong fragrance and their vase life is 8-10 days. This specific type is grown in South America and are packed in 12 stem bunches. Allow 3-4 days to open.

Once the roses arrive:

  1. Unpack your roses as soon as possible.
  2. Keep the packaging in place, to support the stems during hydration.
  3. Cut about 1″ from the base of each stem.
  4. Place the stems in water with flower food to aid hydration, improve opening and increase vase life.
  5. Rehydrate stems for 4-6 hours in the coolest place possible.
  6. After hydration, remove all packaging. Space the stems in the buckets of water to make room for the blooms to open. Retain guard petals as they will disappear as the bloom opens.
  7. Place the stems in an ambient room temperature to encourage opening.
  8. Opening will take about 2 days. Once opened, place back in a cool area until you are ready to work with them.
