Birds of Paradise-orange

Our Bird of Paradise are locally grown and cut to order. There are 5 stems in a bunch. The flowers can last for weeks if kept in a cool place and recut every 3 days or so. Please allow some time for them to fully open. Each Bird of Paradise flower is made up of three upright orange sepals and three highly modified vivid blue petals. Two of the petals are joined together in a structure resembling an arrowhead with the third petal forming a nectary at the base of the flower. Each stem is about 30-36″ tall and they look great in a tall vase. It is a tropical exotic flower and available in our area year-round.
