Joy Wallace began Joy Wallace Catering Production in south Florida as a full-service catering company in the fall of 1988. The company has now been nominated four years in a row for Caterer of the Year at Event Solutions Spotlight Awards. They are known for their high style design work which includes an in-house floral department. The floral designer’s passion comes through in their stunning displays and themes which epitomize the opulence and ambiance that is the Joy Wallace name.
