What type of customer does Florabundance, Inc. serve?
Florabundance serves retail florists, special event companies, floral designers (weddings & events) store front retail gift shops, floral design schools and hotels. Florabundance does not sell to the public.
What do I need to do to become a Florabundance, Inc. customer?
Complete our on-line request form under "Contact Us" or create an account through the “Shop Now” section of the site. An account manager will contact you shortly to complete the process. Pricing and product information will be mailed to all qualified companies or you will be given access to our on-line catalog. To qualify for pricing all retail florists and gift shops must have a valid resale license; event planners and companies must have a valid business license.
What are the payment terms?
Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment. All on-line orders will be paid by either American Express, Mastercard, or Visa. Please consult with your Account Manager to discuss any other payment terms.

What shipping methods are available?
Shipping options include Federal Express Overnight and Ground, California Overnight truck delivery, customer specified air freight, UPS, or various refrigerated trucking lines. We can ship to any location in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii (FOB Carpinteria, California) as well as Canada, the Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico.
What are the shipping costs for Federal Express?
Florabundance offers discounted shipping rates on orders shipped via Federal Express delivery service. Shipping costs are additional and added to your order after it has been packed. Federal Express charges are based on weight, box dimensions, and your shipping zone. Box charges are additional. Complete shipping charges are calculated and available on the date of your shipment. Your Account Manager can help you estimate these costs.

What are the shipping costs for California Overnight truck delivery?
There is a fixed rate schedule. The freight amount is determined by the box size and its’ weight. This service is very convenient and less expensive than Federal Express, but it is not available to all areas. Please check with your Account Manager for location
What are the shipping costs via Air Freight?
This varies according the airline and the destination city. We can utilize any current method being used by the customer, or we can help you research some alternatives.
How many bunches does each box hold?
The three main sizes used by Florabundance are the: Full box (44x20x12) = 30 to 40 bunches; Half Box (44x20x6) = 15 to 29 bunches; Quarter Box (44x10x6) = 8 to 14 bunches.
What are the box charges?
Florabundance box charges are among the lowest, if not the lowest, in the industry. They are: Full box = $9.50/box; Half Box = $7.50/box; Quarter Box = $5.00/box.
Do you have a product guarantee?
Florabundance products are shipped with a 100% quality guarantee. Quality claims must be made to Florabundance within 48 hours of receiving the order. Product claims outside of the 48 hour period are accepted by the customer on an "as is basis." Approved claims will be deducted from the invoice amount on your next shipment. Exclusions to this guarantee include, but are not limited to, damage due to transit problems or weather conditions, Saturday shipments, shipper exclusions, or 2nd day arrivals being requested by the customer.
Can you ship my order on the same day of order placement?
Florabundance does offer customers the opportunity to place orders on the day of shipping. The cut-off time depends on the shipping and order method. Air and on-line orders need to be placed the day before by 12:00PM PST. To ensure product availability, we encourage customers to pre-book orders with their Florabundance Account Manager as early as possible and at least one to two days in advance of shipment. For special event orders, we encourage customers to place orders as far in advance as possible. Customers can add to their order up until the day of shipment. During the major holidays, all customers must place pre-orders and same day additions are not usually possible due to earlier shipping schedules.
Can I receive product on Saturdays?
Florabundance offers Saturday shipments to qualifying areas. These shipments are not offered with on-line orders. Please contact your Account Manager to determine whether or not Saturday shipments can be received in your area.
Liabilities not assumed: Florabundance makes no express guarantee on delivery via any method of shipping. The quoted delivery commitment time may change for many reasons, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations due to air traffic control or weather related conditions.
